Well Chuck was sent back to support the latest war efforts. We want to support him and his family while he is on tour. We have already lined up a plan to send some delicious dinners over for his family. Soon we will organize packages for Chuck and his troops. Please stop by often and leave messages of support for Chuck. He will be checking and leaving us messages.

Hi folks. Since you're visiting this site, I assume you know that our friend Charles "Chuck" Jones has been called up to active duty from the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve.

We've all known that Chuck was a "Semper fi" kind of guy, but after 10 years in the reserves it seemed like his active duty days were past. That changed last month, when Uncle Sam called. No one was surprised that Chuck took on this assignment enthusiastically, but he also wanted to make sure his service didn't impact too greatly on his family. He asked a couple of us to watch out for his wife Evelyn and their kids Teddy (12), Amy (9), and Chuckie (6). International Multisystems, his employer, provided this CareCircle program to help us get started.  

We have two goals for the program: 1) Keep communications open between Chuck, his family, and all who care about them, and 2) minimize the impact of Chuck's absence on his family.

Obviously, the first goal is easier to meet, for that, please visit this site's Guest Book to send them public messages of support, and check this page every week to see updates as things change. You can still call Evelyn, of course, but you can check here as often as you like without being a bother. But what about goal #2?

We're in the process of putting together some help for Evelyn and the kids. Keeping her job is important, so we're going to be setting up some childcare and transportation help to fill in where Chuck used to help.
