HOW CAN I START A CARECIRCLE PROGRAM?

If your organization provides CareCircle programs, please contact the person responsible for allocating programs there. If you can't determine who that is, call us toll free at 1-866-747-3601 and we'll help you contact them.

If you are interested in starting a program on your own, just follow the three steps below:

Step 1: Identify Your Coach.

The Coach is usually a close friend (or a relative who is not an active Caregiver). The Coach will be the central coordinator in creating and managing your CareCircle program.

When you purchase a CareCircle program you are identified as the program’s Coach. You can change who will be your program’s Coach at any time.

Step 2: Determine Your Program Length.

CareCircle programs are offered in six- and twelve-month cycles.

Not sure how long you’ll need? For most new baby programs, six months is a recommended minimum length—three months before the arrival and three months of support once the baby arrives. Elder care or chronic disease situations often run a year or more, while bereavement programs range from three months to a year.

Of course, you can cancel your program anytime within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund.
