1. Is it easy to start a CareCircle program?
Yes, so easy that your initial CareCircle website can be up and running within ten minutes. Setting it up is as easy as browsing the Web. When you purchase a program, you are emailed login directions within seconds. You can immediately start using your program's website to make family and friends aware of the situation, and even to ask for additional volunteers.

2. Are CareCircle programs easy to use?
In the past, friends have helped friends by using phone calls & messages, a paper calendar, and emails. It's a lot easier to help when you use a CareCircle program, because all relevant information is posted to a website, where friends can visit, volunteer, and leave messages anytime. No more "phone tag," misunderstandings, or multiple meatloaf deliveries! Each program also includes a Library filled with ideas on how to assess needs, involve others, and make people aware of your site (if you like).

As you decide in more detail what you want your site to communicate, changing the text is a breeze. You can come back again and again to revise the text, the site's colors, even the site's name if you like. As the situation develops, you can add volunteer requests to the site's Calendar and even add and remove pages from the site.

If other friends want to help running the program, we've also made it easy to assign them manageable pieces of the overall program, such as meal delivery coordination. That way, no one person gets overcommited. For those who are editing the website text and adding events to the Calendar, anyone who can browse the Web will find a CareCircle program easy to use. And, if anyone working on a program has questions, we are standing by and ready to help!

3. What is included when I buy a CareCircle program?
Each program includes everything you'll need: there are no extras. So, you get your own private website with multiple features, including a Home page, a Guest Book where visitors can leave messages, a Calendar where friends can volunteer for activities you post there (meal deliveries, visits, rides, etc.), and a Photo Gallery. You can add pages if you like, and name them anything you like. You also get a Library filled with ideas on how to assess needs, involve others, and make people aware of your site (if you like). 4. What kind of results can I expect from a CareCircle program?
CareCircle programs deliver amazing results. Many of our users are surprised at the response they get to their CareCircle programs. But we aren't. We've seen how people jump at the chance to get involved when a loved one needs a hand. The Guest Book makes it easy for site visitors to provide emotional support by leaving loving and encouraging messages without worrying about "calling at a bad time." The programs encourage participation in practical support efforts by letting site visitors know exactly what's needed, making sure that the volunteer opportunities are manageable (a single meal, say, rather than a week of cooking), and providing an easy online signup. 5. What privacy features are included?
You can make your CareCircle program as private as you like. Visitors need to know your site's name to visit; it can't be found by using Internet search engines. There is also no "search" feature at www.carecircle.com. If you like, you can add a password to further limit visitors. We usually recommend not using a password, so friends can tell other friends about the program, but it's your choice. Anytime you edit your site your communications are encrypted before they are sent to our servers. Your password is encrypted before it is stored on our server, so no one knows it but you.

Because we work with a number of large organizations, the "innards" of our service have the highest level of anti-hacker defenses available today. We will continue to provide the highest level of privacy and security for CareCircle programs as these defenses evolve.

6. How much do CareCircle programs cost?
The programs are inexpensive by any measure. A twelve-month CareCircle program only costs $89.99, and a six-month program costs $69.99. If you want to get some experience before committing, consider an "Almost free" 30-day trial for $4.99.

There are no extra costs with CareCircle programs. The prices shown include all the features mentioned.
