MANAGEMENT BIOGRAPHIES

Janice R. Gallick - VP Sales and Marketing, Co-Founder

Janice co-founded CareCircle after a successful Internet career that began at Prodigy, and included positions at Hearst New Media and its successors (Women.com and iVillage) as a Product Manager. Previously, she had developed and implemented advertising and marketing programs for Coca-Cola Foods, Procter & Gamble, Disney, and Mattel. Her volunteer experience is extensive as well. As a regional soccer commissioner for the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO), she managed the volunteer contributions of 120 adults in service to 630 child soccer players. She has also held volunteer positions with the Promotion Marketing Association (Co-chair, Interactive Promotions Council), the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America (VP Communications, Board of Trustees, Fundraising), and the local school system in Pleasantville, NY (Scholarship Committee, Community Facilities Committee).

Personal experience as a caregiver for aging parents and a spouse suffering from a serious disease helped shape her drive to simplify the delivery of support to those suffering life interruptions, and their caregivers. When a group of friends mounted a program that organized the delivery of dinners, groceries, and a staggering number of blood and platelet donations for her stricken husband, Janice saw a way to serve a wide range of people whose lives were being disrupted by accident, disease, relocation, or even welcome changes like the arrival of a new baby. CareCircle programs are the result of that vision.

J. Brian Gallick - VP Product Development, Co-Founder

Brian Gallick manages all technical activities at CareCircle, including application development, outsourcing, and technology evaluation. Before co-founding CareCircle, Brian sold and managed the delivery of technical services including computer training, software development, and strategic technology guidance to large organizations seeking to enhance their use of technology to achieve their business goals.

Previously, Brian led the development of advertising and marketing programs for RJR/Nabisco, American Home Products, Carter-Wallace, Texaco, and Procter & Gamble, for brands including Pine-Sol, Oreo, and Duncan Hines.

Brian believes that the volunteer programs that CareCircle enables can change the way we interact in the 21st Century, by using technology to recreate the closeness and sense of community that has been weakened by the socially isolating nature of many technological innovations.

Eric J. Steele - Director of Business Development

Eric Steele joined CareCircle in mid-2008, following a stint as President of an assisted living and home health care company he founded in the fall of 2007. His primary focus is the development of the CareCircle Affiliate program, and looks forward to meeting with new Affiliates around the US.

Eric has written and taught college coursework on Internet Marketing and acquired over fifteen years experience in direct sales and database marketing working for Mail Marketing Plus in Wichita, Kansas. He has also earned his Distinguished Toastmasters Recognition and was voted Toastmaster of the Year in 1999 in the state of Kansas.

Eric has four children ranging from six through twenty-two years old, and is an accomplished ultra-marathon runner. Eric has co-authored and published a book on marathon running while completing dozens of marathons and ultras. He graduated with High Honors from Friends University in 1995, earning his BS Degree in Management.
