For Employers: CareCircle programs can provide substantial benefits to employers and employees in a range of situations.

The benefits of CareCircle programs include faster return-to-work, reduced absenteeism, and increased employee loyalty. In situations where an employee is distracted or regularly taking time off to help a friend or family member, a program can help them stay organized and efficiently share their burden with friends and family. In situations where an employee takes a leave to address a challenge in their life, CareCircle programs help maintain their social connection to the workplace, and help deliver emotional support and practical assistance from participating co-workers. Although CareCircle is not a medical services provider, the programs follow HIPPA guidelines in protecting the privacy of the employee or other participants to the extent that they desire.

CareCircle offers three ways for employers to provide the programs to their employees:

2. Through existing Benefits Provider relationships: Ask your EAP, WorkLife, or insurance provider if they can provide you with CareCircle programs. If you (or they) would like more information on how this can work, click here.
