Why should we include CareCircle programs in our employee benefits package?


When an employee takes unplanned leave from work, possibly due to illness or an accident, your company will most likely be affected financially. How do CareCircle programs comply with HIPAA requirements?

Although CareCircle is not a health care provider, our programs have been designed to provide a high level of privacy for employees who may be hesitant to share health information. Our privacy is provided in two ways: 1) Employers do not have access to their employees’ CareCircle programs (unless invited to participate by the employee) and 2) Employees are able to limit participation by specifying a secure, password-protected Web site. Our company is focused on work/family balance, and offers a variety of services, including on-site child care and flexible work hours to support our employees. Why should CareCircle be added to the list?

It is a transitional time in a mother’s life when a new child comes in to the family.
