How to use your CareCircle reminder

Purpose
of cards: If you will not be setting up your clients’ CareCircle programs, using these
cards will ensure that you are credited if your clients purchase CareCircle
programs on their own.
Hand
them out: Anytime you discuss your services you can hand out these cards in addition to
your own business cards. Your association with CareCircle can help to
distinguish your organization as well as potentially generate additional
revenue.
How
they work: By accessing www.carecircle.com through your Web site, your clients are identified (via an internet “cookie”)
so that any CareCircle purchase they make within 120 days will generate
appropriate commissions to your account.
Editing: Before printing, be sure
to add your organization’s Web address and your or your organization’s contact
information. All the text on the card template is editable.
Printing:
- Using
a local printing resource: Provide them with the edited reminder card
template on disk, thumb drive, or other portable media; or via email.
- Printing
your own: For the most professional presentation, print these cards on pre-cut
business card stock. There are a wide range of options available from Staples, OfficeMax, Office
Depot, or your local office supplies provider. You’ll need to know if you’ll
be printing on a laser or inkjet printer. Print a test or two on plain
paper to see if you need to adjust any of the spacing or alignment to
account for your printer’s unique “personality.”
